So this was the fantastically delicious cake but what I haven't shown you is all of the other wonderful purple treats they had to offer including:  cookie cake, cookies, rock candy, popcorn, pixi stix, suckers, taffy, bubble gum...  It was like a PURPLE candy store!  One could easily fall into a purple sugar-induced coma!  It was GREAT!!!

Let's just say this group knew how to have some fun!  I loved it!  Everyone seemed to be having a great time.  The room was filled with laughter and dancing.

Silveira Wedding: Bryan & Jackie (a family affair)

 Okay, so this is a VERY LONG OVERDUE blog post secondary to chronic migraines and two unexpected illnesses that knocked me off my feet.  So, regardless of what feels like enormous amounts of medications I've been on I'm determined to fight and start living my life!  :)  I'm back as of today and ready to start posting!  So, here it goes...

This is my cousin Bryan and his new beautiful wife Jackie.  They were married towards the end of this summer and I was happy to share in this day with them.  Bryan and Jackie are a sweet couple who deserve a wonderful life filled with happiness.

Jackie, the most beautiful girl (or lovely lady) I think I've ever had the pleasure of photographing.  Not only is Jackie a stunning young woman but her heart is a heart of pure gold.  She is genuinely compassionate, caring, and loving towards others.  Her down-to-earth attitude, sincere heart, love and welcoming spirit make her a joy to be around.  I couldn't imagine a better person for my cousin Bryan to call his wife and to journey with him through life.

 

Bryan, I can't believe you are all grown up.  Not only are you a MAN but you are a married man and a father.  I have to admit you are amazing me with it all!  You are soo sweet with Audrey and soo very attentive with her it melts my heart.  I love you...I'm very happy for you!

The most beautiful baby on EARTH, lil' miss Audrey!  Of course she is the baby girl of the beautiful bride and groom.  You want to just kiss her and squeeze her and hold her tight!  She was quite the little trooper all day and all night.  Such a sweet SWEET precious angel.

The elated bride: Amber

This is sweet, lovely, joyful Amber...  I am fortunate enough to work with Amber at The Children's Center.  I was even more fortunate to have the opportunity to not only to be the photographer for her engagement pictures but also for her bridal portraits and wedding.  Our first scheduled bridal session was cancelled secondary to a snow storm and terrible illness.  I think it was meant-to-be because the day we re-scheduled was one of the most perfect and beautiful afternoons.  We spent a few hours at the OK State Capitol and her family (Mom and Aunt) made the session even more fun!  Amber has such an amazing family!  I loved every second of this time spent with all three of them.

Sanchez Wedding

This was an amazing wedding party that I was able to meet thanks to Mrs. Shannon Gurney.  I went with her on this session and I was able to capture a few shots.  I always have fun at these sessions with Shannon.  Here are a few moments I captured on Wally and Ruth's wedding day...
